Several visitors to our webpage have commented on the Usonian Shawl. It was featured in our "What are We Knitting Now" section. So we have decided to kit it with colour combinations and the pattern to make it all nice and easy! I think you will enjoy this pattern. Have it ready for winter/spring walks.
The Usonian is a contemporary striped shawl with a striking combination of textured and lace stitch patterns.The asymmetrical triangular shaping begins with just a few stitches which then flow into striations of eyelets, garter bands, striped ribbing, twisted stitches on reverse stockinette and a woven ribbons lace border.
Needle: 3.75mm x 80cm circular & a 4.5mm of some variety for the cast-off
Gauge: 18sts/4in in stocking stitch
